Account and contact details, facility information, and the operational and clinical data facilities enter into the platform.

To provide, secure, support, and improve the platform, and to communicate about your account and service.
3. Health data & patient information
Patient data entered by a facility is processed on that facility's behalf under appropriate access controls and consent management.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to service providers and legal obligations, described in full in the finalized policy.
5. Security
Role-based and branch-level access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and secure backups. See our Security page.
6. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

How to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law.
